Meet the CEO

Brent Law is the CEO of Dexterity Talent Company, an organization that works with seasoned and developing artists with an aim of helping them to reach the apex of their careers in the entertainment and modeling industries. His motto is “We Polish, You Shine.”

At a young age, Law was a dreamer and competitor. Eventually, the former basketball and track-and-field standout would parlay his skills into successful businesses. This led him to obtain his MBA. His accomplishments are embodied by his visionary traits that allowed him to push boundaries and elevate his business model to new, nontraditional levels. He’s now known as an adept and strategic creator/developer.

His flagship company, Dexterity, was formed in 2018 and began full operation a few years later. Because its mission is to help individuals improve their talents, he subsequently assembled one of the best leadership teams to help develop savvy talent by pairing his performers with coaches who have decades of industry experience.

A former professional model who has appeared in shows from New York and France, Law has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment field and in corporate America, where he honed his leadership skills at Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Raytheon Technology, Walmart, and Chevron.

Law followed that experience by leading his team to showstopping appearances in New York that set the runway ablaze and left the event abuzz about Dexterity. The CEO has now welcomed invitations from clientele such as Bottega Veneta, DASOUL UNDERWEAR, Dillard’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Ebony, Essence, Fruit of the Loom, Houston Galleria, KRAVE Magazine, L’EFFRONTE JOURNAL, Lululemon Athletica, MALVIE magazine, The Perfect Man magazine, Nike, Peacock, B.E.T, L’ Oreal, IHeart Radio, and many others.

Beyond modeling, Law also develops resources for dancing, music and acting – including voice-over talent. Among singers, he has worked with aspiring hip-hop and R&B talent by negotiating concert appearances and arranging promotional and public service announcements.

Civically, he led his company on projects with the American Cancer Society, NAMI (overcoming mental illness), United Against Human Trafficking, Ronal McDonald House Charities, local schools, area universities and has volunteered to support youth and their families. Law believes in rebuilding his community by investing in its people and creating opportunities that foster positive change, ultimately improving their lives for the better.
